Jen Hingsbergen far exceeded our expectations of the level of service to be received from a Realtor. Her enthusiasm, staging skills, selling skills, knowledge, and effort was top level. I would choose Jen every time and strongly recommend. She guided us through the preparation, listing, showings, inspections, offers and closings making it painless and the results were exactly what we wanted. We sold at 100% of our asking price and in just a a little over 45 days on the market. She took on tasks and offered to take on tasks that probably should have been done by us- but it sure helped alleviate any stress of the selling process.
